I am very interested in the Science Outreach. Below you can find some of the activities I have taken part in.

In this outreach chapter, I have written about being an immigrant in Spanish academia and some challenges I went through.
Ogneva, A. (2022). ¿Por qué es tan difícil aprender el género gramatical en el segundo idioma?". The Conversation.
Together with Natalia López Cortés, I have participated in Lengwitch. This is a project of a group of linguists who organise streamings on Twitch. We have spoken about psycholinguistics, its research aims and some open questions (in Spanish).
I have given a talk in a project Coloquio con Filólogos Cabreados organised by Filólogos Cabreados (in Spanish).
In this presentation, I spoke about Child Language Development ("El lenguaje infantil, ¿quién lo estudia y cómo?).
I have participated in a conference DivulgaNextGen. In my talk, I have spoken about the importance of linguistic studies and presented my current research (in Spanish).
I have recently participated in a project "Atrévete a pescudar con elas!" organized by Unidade de Divulgación científica de la Universidad de A Coruña. This projects was run so to celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
In my talk (in Galician), I mention what psycholinguists do, give some examples and highlight some questions psycholinguistics try to answer. I speak from the minute 10:04.
After receiving the Guadalupe Aguado Research Award for Young Researchers (Premio de Investigación AESLA "Guadalupe Aguado" para jóvenes investigadores/as) by The Spanish Association of Applied Linguistics (AESLA), several articles were published highlighting this new.
I have taken part in Science Outreach Talks 2021/2022 organised by the University of A Coruña for the the centres of Secondary or Professional Education (see pictures below). I have given two talks in IES Ordes for students of the 4th of ESO.
The contest #HiloTesis (ThreadThesis) is organized by Rede de Divulgación e Cultura Científica (RedDivulga). The idea of it is that PhD students from different Spanish universities explain their PhD theses in 20 tweets. You can read the thread I've written.
